Mentoring Programme
For young Christians with a passion for media
Over the years, our Mentoring Programme has been a place of encouragement, wisdom, and growth for so many. We want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all the mentors and mentees who have been part of this journey—we’re incredibly grateful for the time, insight, and support you’ve shared.
As we move forward, we’re closing our formal Mentoring Programme and transitioning to a Hub model—a more flexible and community-driven way to connect, learn, and grow together.
If you’re looking for mentorship, we encourage you to:
>Start a Hub – Gather a small group of peers to share wisdom, encouragement, and experiences.
> Join a Hub – Find a community that fits your journey.
> Connect with others – Join our conversations on Facebook and LinkedIn to meet like-minded people.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking for support in your career, you don’t have to do it alone. Hubs are a place to learn, be encouraged, and build relationships with others who share your passion for faith and media.

Meet our Mentors
How does our programme help?
Over the course of six months, they benefit from:
An in-person launch event with key media professionals and inspirational speakers, covering topics such as the future of the industry, and the challenges facing Christians in the sector, as well as sermons and teaching from church leaders and time to chill & form friendships.
6 one-to-one sessions with a handpicked mentor from the industry, offering career advice.
Dedicated channels where they can communicate with fellow mentees and CIM team for support.
Work placements and opportunities within the sector, depending on availability. This includes exclusive interview opportunities like writing and recording for Christians in Media across all platforms.
A graduation event at the end of the programme to bring together everything they’ve learned, tackle new challenges and make clear plans to tackle their goals. Plus celebrate everything they’ve learnt over the past six months.

— Max
“It was really great to be rooted in someone who can help me figure it all out, but also bring in faith and Christianity into the conversation as well.”
